All NVOAF adventures are Free of Charge to the Recipient. To qualify to become an NVOAF Recipient.  Please read the following and fill out the form.

Veteran Qualifications

You must meet the following qualifications;

• Provide your DD-214

• Honorably Discharged

• Nevada Resident

and either​

• Verified 80% VA Disabled

• Awarded a Purple Heart

• Wheelchair-Bound

• An Amputee. 

We do waive certain criteria depending on certain individual situations with board approval.

Children Qualifications

• Any Nevada child under the age of 18 or Young Adult under the age of 25 with a verified life-threatening illness.
